    Chuck began developing for CEI in September of 2004, but he has always been a programmer. He started coding on an Apple IIc back when an entire OS could be stored on a 5 1/4" floppy. A typical day at CEI will see Chuck writing large blocks of unit tests and coordinating with product owners to design and discover new features.
