To access chat, click the "Chat" button in the bottom right corner of your screen and submit your email address and name. Look for the orange bubble like this-



Once you click the bubble, you will see a screen similar to this:



If not visible you may need to disable browser blocking or other security products. If you've reached us outside of business hours, then the "Chat" button turns into a "Help" button which you can click and leave us a message.
