At CEI, our focus is customer happiness. It’s our thing. So when customers contact us for help with an order or with a software issue or just to chat about the weather, our goal is to assist them in the best way possible.
We’re not a call center where you are graded on how quickly you get through tickets. We look at the quality of the customer’s experience – if that means an 8-hour phone call, fine (it has happened, though it’s not common). If that means the support ticket is passed on to another person, great. This isn’t Thunderdome.
If you’re responsive and committed, you like working with techie tools (math, engineering, physics, source code) and solving problems, and you enjoy helping people and building client relationships, you just might fit in with our support heroes.
This isn’t an 8-5 job – the support signal can sometimes be seen in the sky in the evenings and on weekends. It’s tough being a hero, but if you think you’re up to it, shoot us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see if we have any capes that fit.
